Do I Have Proper Lighting

I have a 65 gallon tank with fish and a lot of live rock. The lighing that came with the tank is 96 watts described as follows: 50/50 Fluorescent Lamp The Coralife 50/50 lamps are a mixture of 50% 6000 Kelvin natural daylight and 50% Kelvin Actinic [acronym:80f8f7fd50="Actinic lighting"]03[/acronym:80f8f7fd50] blue.

Is this good lighting for fish and [acronym:80f8f7fd50="Live rock"]LR[/acronym:80f8f7fd50]?

Yep. Your good for rock and fish. The rock wont be able to support coral life but should have some coraline growth.
