can u give a fresh water dip to a fish if the [acronym:64c5cb5513="power head or Measure of the concentration of hydrogen ions, depending on context"]ph[/acronym:64c5cb5513] is only 7.5??

I would try to get the pH as close to the tank pH as possible. You can do this by adding something like pH up or Seachem reef buffer. This is assuming that your tank pH is higher. 7.5 pH dip wouldn't be bad if your tank water is pH 7.5, but that much of a change is stressful to fish and inverts.
