[acronym:824bfa92ac="Live rock"]LR[/acronym:824bfa92ac] only means it is seeded with bacteria. High quality [acronym:824bfa92ac="Live rock"]LR[/acronym:824bfa92ac] like you get from liverocks.com will be covered in coralline and will have starfish, crabs, shrimp, etc on it.

Almost all live rock comes with critters. Even the lowest quality will have copepods and amphipods, and of course bristleworms.
Better high quality rock has sea squirts, sponges, corals, starfish, and a bunch of other htings...some people have even gotten small fish ( highlly unlikely though lol). But the main thing about live rock is the bacteria on it.
