my baby shark egg just hatched.. - Page 3 - Aquarium Advice

Ok guys

there are some updates of little big sharky and little small sharky

Little Big sharky ( hatched 010505 )
* Almost going three weeks liao since it hatched.
* Growing very fast ( i mean in length )
* Eating alot.. starting dun feed on anything, then small size live
ghost shrimp (1cm), upgrade to bigger size ghost shrimp
( max feed before is 4 cm)
* Started to train on forzens ( market forzen prawn), at first reject,
but after a few tries, slowly take in forzens and also others forzens
like clam, sotong etc. Now able to accpet forzens for the way but i
still feed live to watch it fight
* From Observation, senses have started to grow, swim more instead
of crawling. veri active in the night as it swims around the tank to
search for food..
( finally able to see something swimming in the tank Liao )

below is a photo took last night,.... more than 6 inch liao.. guess around 8~9 inches in full length from head to toe.hmmm i mean tail..

ok here is a little small sharky update.

Little small sharky ( hatched : 050505 ) nice number

* Hatched as an premature baby meaning with the egg york with it
* have not feed due this baby is still veri rich from it york and also
it refuse any live food. Only until 2 days ago, just started
feeding on live small ghost shrimp.(1cm) Whee.. eating finally ....
* Eating amount starting to open up.. but still veri slow in detecting
the shrimp.. had to spoon feed it til it mouth..
* From Observation, senses have started to grow but still quite weak
, still crawling and looks more like a puppy . more active in the
night.

latest update.. Little small sharky will be trander to another reefer in singapore who will provide him a good home

(I'm just curious to finding out what i need to keep a shark and i like that shark)

I too would be very interested to know whether you bred these sharks or had the eggs shipped to you. I would also love to know how big your aquarium is.

Considering how HUGE this species gets I would hope your aquarium is huge as well.

I think its a bamboo shark, no???

The eggs are half the price of a hatched shark over the internet, but if your female laid that egg thats pretty neat.
