quiet one 6000

ne1 have this pump?
seems to me it runs a bit hot
running it externaly (no sump)

I used this pump and it does run hot. I believe this is why they cause your water tempt to go up just a bit (most pumps do from what I understand). Nothing to be alarmed about unless you can't even touch it due to the heat.

what i will do is put a timer on it to shut it off for a bit (1 hr)then turn on again
to kinda mimic tides i guess
