Your ammonia and nitrite should reach zero but the nitrate will probably only drop to around 5 to 10 [acronym:87c1a9bbc1="Parts per Million"]ppm[/acronym:87c1a9bbc1]. When the first two reach zero do a large water change to get the nitrate to come down.
