Ready to go!!!!!

As i posted previously, i have received the glasses for my tank. now the final part.

i am considering the places for the holes, i have researched a lot. Some one recommends in the back corners, some one in the center area.

but because my tank is in a wall and viewable from both sides i cant choose the right position for this outlets.

Any suggestions?

PS. I will keep a documented log about this new project. keep watching

JH

Please take a look at the first preview of my tank and how i plan to do the plumbing:

Front View

Rear View

Plumbing

Overflow boxes covers the return and sump lines

Please feel free to add some suggestions to my set up

Tank base is 1/2" glass so i guess it wont get hurt with holes, any comments?

opposite corners of the tank would create more general movement of the water

If the tank is going to be visable from both the front and the back (basicly it wouldnt have a back) you could do this. Drill one of the dies of the tank for the overflow. Then plumb your returnlines to go up above the top of the tank and run along the top of the tank and then with help of some elbows turn it down into the tank. The plumbing would be hidden by the lightcanopy/cabentry.
