Red Slime????
My aquaruim has apparently what is called red slime, I am treating it, but dont know what it is, could someone explain it and what it does, thanks

Probably [acronym:1830451fee="Cyanobacteria"]cyano[/acronym:1830451fee]. This is common amonst new tanks that are still high in nurtients. You can use a hose to syphon the slime out of the tank. Feed less and increase your frequecy of water changes and the [acronym:1830451fee="Cyanobacteria"]cyano[/acronym:1830451fee] should go away by itself over time.
