UPSIDE DOWN SEAHORSE HELP!!
i recently purchased a pair of seahorses from my [acronym:9148db7695="Local Fish Store"]lfs[/acronym:9148db7695]. they were both eating fine and for the past two days my smaller one was stayed latched to either the rocks or my filter head. It occured to me today that he hasnt been eating, so i moved him of the filter and he started swimming upside down, and getting pushed by my filter current as if he has no control of where he swims. all his fins seem to be in working condition. does anyone know why this would happen and if there is anything i can do. im about to try and hand feed him. thanks

he has air in his pouch. go to www.seahorse.org or www.syngnathid.org for step by step instructions on how to evacuate the pouch, it is a scarey thing to do, but it will die if you do not attempt it.
