Whats wrong w/ my Toadstool?

http://home.earthlink.net/~luntiz/misc/DSCF0045.jpg

The toadstool has been moved around about 4 times within the last 2 weeks, so maybe that has something to do with it. Other than that, all my corals are doing great. I've read that toadstools are easy to keep but this one seems to get worse and worse. That part of the toadstool did get stinged by a Blushing Finger Soft Coral. Will it heal or continue to get worse and worse? Should I [acronym:47004927b2="Broken or cut pieces of coral which will eventually grow into a new animal"]frag[/acronym:47004927b2] it?

50 Gallon tank
Temp 78
[acronym:47004927b2="Specific gravity"]SG[/acronym:47004927b2]: 35 PPT
Amm: 0
Nitrite: 0
Nitrate: 20 (a bit high but i highly doubt thats the reason that area is coiled up.
[acronym:47004927b2="power head or Measure of the concentration of hydrogen ions, depending on context"]PH[/acronym:47004927b2]: 8.4 (end of lighting cycle)

Looks like the polyps are just not extended in that area. This is common from a sting or some other contact. If the area looks like its expanding or starts to faid color then cut out the affected area and toss it. The rest of the coral should recover healing itself in a few days.
