WILL ADDING LIVE ROCK TO MY SETUP HELP CYCLE THE TANK ?????
Tank is 32 Gal. Cycling with Damsels (bad Idea I know, I hadn't found AA when I started) Loads of Tufa Rock (about 26 kilo's) and normal saltwater sand (not live) |

If there is some good life on the [acronym:8d155154c5="Live rock"]LR[/acronym:8d155154c5] and a bit of die-off you can use it to kick off the cycle.
