Glossostigma - Aquarium Advice

Does any one know the correct way to plant Glossostigma, i got it in a clump, I just semi buried the bottom.

cut the runners and plant the individual plants with a tweezer, pushing it down into the substate halfway to the leaves.

Each individual one! That would take me a good while, I cant do it in clumps? I start though

That was actually pretty easy, yes it only took a few minutes, can you believe it? It looks ok, I think it will be awesome in about 2 months. I hope it isnt as high off the substrate as it is right now, will it compress down?
