Azoo owner's

Just an [acronym:96a3ebbf7f="For your info"]FYI[/acronym:96a3ebbf7f] to those who own the 3 lt nano cube. It was brought to my attention that the Azoo mini [acronym:96a3ebbf7f="Hang On Back"]HOB[/acronym:96a3ebbf7f] filter is not CSA approved and if it results in a fire or other property loss will void household insurance coverage as a result of not being up to code.

I have not had the opportunity to verify the info but just wanted to pass it along incase anyone had one.

Cheers
Steve

Hey steve-s,

Thanks for the warning...

Does your Azoo [acronym:f23e804ac3="Hang On Back"]HOB[/acronym:f23e804ac3] make weird grinding noises? (sounds like it is running dry)
Mine started to about a week or so ago.

Also, have you ran across any of the 7W replacement tubes for the light?

I've been keeping an eye open but haven't seen any.

Paul.

Yes, it will usually mean one of two things. There is something in the impeller wheel or the rubber gasket that seals the water flow regulator is sucking air. Cleaning will usually clear it up. I find more often it's the gasket.

Drop by King Ed's and ask Kathy for one. They keep then behind the register. I have gotten them there a few times but may no longer. From what I understand, once they found out about the CSA warning, they where almost giving the tanks away.

Cheers
Steve

Thanks for the tip.

I should have thought about it...
Kathy is awesome, she has saved my butt on more than one occasion.
