My last puffer died do to not eating. He was really stressed from shipping and all. Wasn't in good shApe when we got him.
Anyway, I really don't want another dead fish. I am getting more used filter media for my 20g tank. I plan on keeping it brackish. Unfortunately I don't have a very strong filter. Just a 20g whisper power filter. Should I get two of those? I heard they are very messy eaters. The temp is like 76'f and the salinity somewhere between 0.005-0.008. The diet will consist of ramshorn nails every other day. Pond snails once a week. Frozen blood worms or krill every other day. As well as shrimp as an occasional treat. Do you think he will lik this diet. Should I give him snails everyday.
Also, how di I kept him entertained and happy. I heard about ping pong balls as toys. I have 3 plants and 3 caves at the moment. I plan on getting more tomorrow.
1 more thing how do I feed him frozen foods without it going everywhere.
