21" monitor aquarium

Well here's the 21" shell, I removed the internal organs and now it is ready to become a [acronym:de087a0127="Freshwater"]FW[/acronym:de087a0127] aquarium or maybe a nano reef. I am going to wire the lights into the main power switch of the monitor.

More to come, soon.

That would make such a cool nano! I want one!

Have you figured out what the water volume will be on that?

Very cool.

Should be between 10-13 gallons depending on how deep I can go and still maintain a decent water level for viewing.

Since monitors taper down toward the back I have to compromise a little if I don't want anything jutting out.

The lights on the powerswitch will be cool.

Now you get to seal the inside and build up the side and bottom to hold the 100lbs of water pressure. Please keep us up to date.

That would make an interesting piece!

Maybe you could make a tutorial on how to build one if these things because i searched the net a while back and only found a few sites but they didn't exactly show how to build it in great detail.
