4G BiOrb Shrimp tank???

Ok, so I'm addicted to fish and aquariums! I'm new to the hobby and can't get enough. Anyways, I found a 4G biOrb at PetSmart that is priced to clear at 19.99. Considering that it was originally $60, I think it's a great deal! I know stocking is small for a 4G tank, but I'm thinking of doing an all shrimp tank. I thought about getting some moss or some other type of plant (ideas?) and some shrimp. I've never had shrimp before, so how many can I put in a 4G, and how many and what species should I get? Can u mix species together?

Java moss as sort of a carpet and then have like 5ish RCS's

If your looking to breed shrimp then RCS is the way to start. You can do about 8-10ish and as long as you keep stable water and temps in the 70's, they'll readily breed. In a 4 gal I wouldn't add any other types of shrimp, keep it at RCS personally.
