So I woke up this morning with a swollen hand. Made a doctors appointment for this afternoon. I went to the dr about 230. found out I had a splinter that had caused a bad infection that had spread rapidly. they tried to give me anesthetics . it did not work the swelling would not let anesthesia get to my nerve ending. due to the rapid spreading they had to do an emergency surgery on my hand I'm sorry my finger they cut my finger all the way around peel the skin back . got everything out cleaned up. I just got home and can tell you that that was the worst pain I have ever felt in my entire life. I would honestly wish that on no one.

Okay guys update on the tank. I've been sitting here observing them for a little while now. Like i could move from this perscription/self induced state of joy. they have started to move off the wood more. but they are moving 100% in unison I will attach pictures temperatures holding steady at 86 degrees. My mail is doing serious courting I did just notice that both breeding tubes are extended pretty well. so let's hope will be a small bright spot in my day. Guys They are hardcore doin some dancin at each other. Hopes are high.

Pics... they are like synchronized swimmers. They have not been not touching in some way since ive been watching. Even swimming to eat theyre as close as possible. Im excited

I didnt even know i had gotten a splinter. Thats just what she told me it was. She=doc. After they cut and pulled the skin back it was all i could do to breathe and not pass out, lol. Apparently Im a wuss. It could have been driftwood i guess. I did just get a couple big new pieces. One is forkin huge. Its gonna be the centerpiece of either the 150gl or the 265gl. Thats it. The other is in the one i used in this build.

Also, i thought i would give a tiny update on the BN Pleco eggs that i found when i started emptying the tank for this breeding rescape. They are all happy, and swimming around the breeder box. Theres abt 30-40.

I wish I could afford breeding pairs for this project. Would make it a whole hell of a lot easier for me. Actually I should have done that anyway- with all the fish I lost buying no good ones, I could have ended up with the same number of fish left for the same price but breeding pairs instead of 2"

Well we need to get a large enough sample size, so we can't really spend more than maybe $30-$40 per fish including shipping.
