75 gallon advise

Hey, I just acquired a used 75 gallon tank which I need to clean out extensively. I have 2 Dalmatian mollies which I am very attached to who need to be in a larger tank.

I'm going to cycle the tank then add some other fish- what kinds could I add that would be non threatening towards my mollies, (which I want to add when it's clear the tank is healthy--- not other Dalmatians Bc I need to be able to easily identify them)

I really like silver dollars, eels, crabs or shrimps.. I like larger colorful or metallic colored fish..

Thanks for reading-
