80 gal bowfront setup picked up cheap

I just picked up a 80 gallon bow front tank. It came with the tank, stand, canopy, T8 lights, and a sump/pump system. The full setup was only $175. Would like to hear any suggestions on the build it will be freshwater most likely. Any comments on the equipment would be appreciated as this is my first tank running a sump filtration method.
The pics are as it was when I picked it up a serious clean up job is in need I know

Good buy. Going to be a great tank. What stock are you thinking of putting in it
