Anubias Nana

I've had this plant for about 4 months. It's grown 4 new leaves. I'm wondering if that tall stem in the middle is a flower, or just a leaf?

Hello Blue...

It's likely blooming. It will be a white flower with an amber colored center stem like part in the middle. The flower lasts a few weeks, then drops off. Similar to most land plants.
