Today at our local aquarium society I picked up a wild caught l15 Peckoltia. 5 (one male, 4 females) Apistogramma Borelli, 3 Bolivian rams, 2 pigeon blood discus, 5 geophagus iporangensis, 2 very large giant vals, one is over 4' and some pennywort.

LOL Bill they have taken complete cover under that giant val. Which btw I had no idea could get that long! I will get pics of them at feeding time. :)
 
Very cool....we had our big auction yesterday, too (and coincidentally, also had some pigeon bloods there)...I was well-behaved, auctioneered all day and bought only some vintage ornaments and a book (although I did get outbid on some nothos).

You should come visit our show and auction in October.
 
Beautiful wins! Fish club auctions are the best-great fish, good prices and F-U-N! Plus, you put more $$ in the pockets of other hobbiests, which probably is gone by the time they leave the auction...but still.
