I'm in GA and just (yesterday) picked up a 55 long with a fluval 305 and and aquaclear filter. it has hood, working lights, heater, rocks (cichld rocks too) ornaments and even 2 live plants all for the low price of $75.. so they are definately out there

it looked like the guy literally got sick of the fish dying and tipped the tank up on it's side to empty it. because the live plants were buried under the clown puke colored gravel. Score one for me ( although it's no 2 * 115's lol)
