Well I guess I need to wait a little it see if the colors change with age. Any way it goes I am still loving it. I knew about the mess they can make and tried to be prepared. I clean out the cage every morning, along with clean water and replace the food. He has all ready eaten though a whole Spray millet. Does not seem to care for the honey treat.
When I take him out of his cage he likes to rest on one of the two majestic palms I have in the dinning room and if you walk close to the cage he trys to fly/jump for it. I had the store trim his wings, he still can fly a but not the same. His cage was sixty dollars and is in one of the busiest places in the house, and seems to enjoy it.
He chirps when ever we come home after being out for a while. I think it is so neat.
