I got two of these guys on Aquabid to help out with my snail problem. Despite their small size and the number of snails I had they have performed admirably! They are funny to watch as they swim around with a snail shell in their mouth....kind of like a puppy with a giant chew toy! They are gorgeous fish, only about 1.25" now, can't wait until they get bigger.

Very nice looking loach! I find that most species of loaches are very entertaining to watch.

These are wonderful fish. I have three of them and they made short work of my snails. Good luck with them, they are lovely.

My favorite kind of loach! I love their colors.
What kind of snails do you have? Mine don't seem to eat MTS, not that I would want them to though.

I don't have MTS....I don't know what I have, they came in with the plants. The loaches haven't gotten them all yet, but they've made a good dent in the snail population.

Mine are very entertaining fish that click when they eat. I have four of them with lots of plants, and haven't seen a snail.
