cloudy water HELP

i just bought a 25 litre fluval chi, i diddnt do much research and diddnt know much about cycling i left my tank running for a day put water conditioner and chlorine killer into the water. I then went out and bought a betta fish now one day later the water is cloudy. What can i do ? im worried about the well being of my fish

You need to buy a good test kit like the api freshwater master test kit. In the mean time I'd do a water change of about 50% to be safe. It may be a bacteria bloom or it can be high ammonia nitrite or nitrates.
