Goby ID, that's if its even a Goby?

I got this little fella from TLFS, the employees hadn't noticed the guy mixed in baby Weather/Dojo loaches and they had no clue what it is and after much Googling Im still clueless???
Anyone have an idea what this little guy is, he's bold and interested in every goings on in the tank and is a picky eater as well.
TY,
Jeff

I uploaded video to YT, hope its clear and close enough for a ID..

That actually looks more like a darter. Not sure though

Maybe a young Rainbow Goby - Stiphodon ornatus. Info states they are interesting color changers. The pattern looks pretty similar.

Thanks for posting your educated guesses fellas, looks like Leonardo7689 wins the internet prize of the day, it is indeed a "Darter" but it's difficult locking down which species of Darter it is because many look so much alike and differ slightly depending on where located and their environment is a factor as well.
I think this is him?

Thank you! Lol
Like you said, it is very hard to pin point exactly which one you have unless you know itís origin. Some species almost looks the same with very slight differences between the coloration, patterns, size, shape, etc.
