Healthy Betta?

I folks, I posted before but got no replies so trying again...
I'm new to betta keeping and jus want someone to tell me my fish looks healthy...

Are their heads normally darker and colourless compared to the rest of their body?

There's no one answer to your question. I've never seen two bettas with exactly the same coloring. Some have darker heads, some have lighter heads, same for bodies and finnage.

+1 but your betta definitely looks like it doesn't have a problem. he's probably fine. watch how he eats and his behavior if you still have any doubts
