Help identifying

Hey guys I recently got this new tank from a family member who no longer wanted it. I just need some help identifying some of these new fish, not exactly sure of what these are. I have 3 other tanks so I’m not a beginner, just never had fish this big. Any help would be great, especially with the cat fish, sorry he is hard the get a picture of.

Pic #2 is a sailfin pleco. Pic #3 is a Jack Dempsey? Pic #4 is a Texas Cichlid?
