So I treated for ick.
I have a fluval 404.
I do not have carbon in it. I have bioballs, floss, and those ceramic thingamabobs. Do I need to change out the water? Change the floss? Rinse the bioballs?

I mean how do I clean such a thing after ick?

Did you treat with meds? If so you can do a standard cleaning in tank water and run some carbon for a week to remove any trace of the meds. Then remove the carbon and go back to normal maintenance.
If you only used heat just continue as usual.
