I bought on earlier and got him home and after some time put him in his new home and he hasn't moved or poked his head out its been about 4 hrsjust would like to kno if it is normal

Maybe there was a big difference in their tank temp to yours? I would give it some more time. Also did you try putting some food nearby it, such as an algae wafer to try to entice the little guy out? Mine always come out right away when I move them from tank to tank , good luck!

Didn't thunk about that I'll try it and my tank temp us about 78 80 range for now

I once added four to my tank and three of them instantly started moving and the other was on its side. I thought it was dead but the next morning I went to check on it and it was climbing up the glass.

Nice it started moving and I put aalgea wafer so he can have snack
