My new royal pleco

So this is royal number 2, I named him shorty cause the other royal I have is 7" now and had him since 2" in my tank.

how big is the tank? as long as there are caves on opposite ends for the two of them, and the tank is big enough, you shouldn't have too many issues.

I've been trolling the CL for a bigger tank. I have a 55 now that they're in. I know they're going to get huge but I have the cash set aside for upgrading. March the latest.

awesome. they should be ok until then. just make sure the little one isn't getting beat up by the bigger one. is the tank planted?

No plants attempted but they were all up rooted. The bottom is black sand with lots of wood and a tree cave and two coconuts that I hollowed out myself and put in there.

cool. the more densely decorated it is with hiding spots, the better your chances of keeping chasing to a minimum and having the two get along.
