New 29 Gallon

Going to petco tommorow to pick up a 29 gallon since they got that sweet $1 per gallon deal going on. It's going to be FW planted. I'm going to be going with pool filter sand for the substrate. I'm going to be moving my RTS to this tank and I need some good tank mates. Now I have nothing in mind so far so I need some help. Any suggestions?

Tank is 30L 12W 18H

So far on my list is

Definitely Want
2 Angelfish
1 Red Tailed Shark
3-4 Kuhlie Loach (for burrowing and stirring sand)
5-6 harlequin rasboras (Or another type of schooling fish must be big enough to not be eaten by the angels)

Help me out here I'm so excited about this tank but so unsure of what I want to put in there. If you have a tank of a similair size post what you have and any suggestions

Based on my experience you might want to get four juvenile angelfish instead of just two. That way you will have a greater chance of getting a mated pair as they mature. You can then return the two that don't pair up to your LFS.
