New 65 Gallon Tank

So I gave $320 for this tank. I will be picking it up Friday, it is a 65 gallon tank, established for 6 years. It came with everything pictured. It has a sump, protein skimmer, and a maroon clown (Which I am selling). Was this a good deal?

I am adding my 30lbs of live rock, two percula clowns, orange conical star, and my clean up crew from the old 35 gallon hex tank.
