Congrats Lisa.

Is he ever beautiful. What are you keeping him in? got picks of his whole enclosure? I'd love to see.

P.S. He looks like a Cameron to me. :P

Are chameleons hard to keep?

If I ever was to get a reptile, a chameleon would be my first choice.

They are not a beginner lizard and are considered difficult to keep.

Justin,

If you are considering a lizard go for a Leopard gecko, or if you have the room, go for a bearded dragon. They are a little easier to care for and dont get stressed as easily as chameleons can. That means you can handle them more if that is what you like. Chameleons are more for looking at and are not the type of "pet" people think.

Ahh, okay. I knew they were difficult to keep, but I love watching them.
