New Coral frags ... ID's?

Here are my 2 newest frags from the LFS. They were labeled as leather frags but if anyone has a better ID, please feel free to let me know

leather2.jpg looked good the 1st night but a crab was bothereing it. I have not seen any polyp extensions in 2 days. Does it look ok?

Thanks

Leather 1 looks like a Christmas Tree (Sphaerella spp) and Leather 2 looks like a toadstool that hasnt opened up yet..

James

I don't think leather 1 is a christmas tree... it almost looks like a kenya tree or colt coral but I could be wrong.

I was thinking Kenya tree or colt at first until I saw the Christmas Tree

Kenya tree or colt was my first thought until seeing that picture.. Its kinda hard to tell.. I'd flip a coin on the Colt or the Christmas tree but lean more towards the colt.. I just cant make up my mind today LOL

HTH,
James

Thanks all. After readng up a bit, it looks like both the Christmas Tree and the Kenya Tree rely more on feeding than light so I needed to know that!

I hope the toadstool come outs soon
