New fish!

Hey! I got a new fish for my 28g bowfront, an apistogramma pandura. He's gorgeous and the photo really doesn't do him justice. I'm hoping one he settles in his colors will come out more. I think he's not quite used to a tank with a mirrored back. He keep seeing himself and puffing up! I hope he does well, I've never spent so much on just one fish before!

i've been wanting to get one of those too. i noticed you're from baltimore too. did you buy it locally? if where and how much?

House of Tropicals in Glen Burnie. I paid $21.98. They have quite a few other apistos there too. I love the selection.

i got to get back there; it's been a while for me.

i'd be nervous about paying that much for a fish. I get upset when I lose a $1.50 tetra .
