New fish: What are they?

We bought these fish 2 weeks ago. The shop owner does not know what they are so he's calling them rice fish. I don't think that's correct. Could they be a tetra or barb or killifish? They have an iridescent blue eye ring, and are about 1 inch long. This is a 6 gallon tank. All responses are appreciated!
