New Neons - Aquarium Advice

Had another thread in the planted tank area, and got some advice on stocking. Here are a couple of the new guest's in my 10 gal planted.
I would also like to know what you think about picture quality. be honest and brutal

VERY good picture. Could use some touching up though. Make it a little darker, and bring up the contrast.

i'd like to know how you took that pic! my fish move too fast or i get glare off the glass.

the fish have great colour... and i like the two angles of the fish. adds interest...
