New Snail Identification w/ Picture

Hey all,

My friend just gave these two snails to me today. I need help identifying them! I'm mainly looking to find out if they are safe for plants or not because I have a lush green ball of java moss that I am not looking to get rid of anytime soon!

looks like black mystery snails to me... at least thats what i've been calling mine that look identical. mine are in a planted tank and havent bothered anything

could very well be Pomacea bridgesii.
