Picked me up a huge zoo colony (about 5 inches across, 3-4 inches tall, hundreds of poylps) and a small colony of green mushrooms.

They are so green when they are not inflated! Then when they get all big and stuff, they get purpleish/bluish. What's up with that? I bought GREEN mushrooms!
