I was able to move him out of his temporary bowl into a 3.5 gallon tank with a filter. I know it's still too small. I'm still trying to figure out what to do for a divider for my ten gallon.

I can't. Also, I already have one male Betta in the ten gallon. My mom won't let me get another tank.
