Please ID this fish!!!

Just got this fish from a friend moving out of town. Can't find it. Can you help?

It's a scat, it's a brackish water fish. Eats a lot of plants. Gets to about 10inches in diameter.

Yep a scat. I almost got some for our BW tank then did extra research. Can be some mean lil snots, kinda like some of the puffers.
