Red line torpedo bard compatability

I am in the process of acquiring a red line torpedo barb from someone who is selling it because apparently it is "bulling/chasing" their BLUE RAMS.
It it only 1 torpedo barb that i will be aquiring, but i would be putting it in my tank with Angels, new guinea rainbows, rainbow shark and guppies. Is this safe to do, or not a good idea??

NO! He will RUIN the fins of the angels and rainbows!

Anytime. Never want to see angels lose their beautiful fins!
