Stocking 29 gallon freshwater tank

I need to stock 29 gal tank. I would like a school of 6 tetra, 2 to 4 grourami ( flame or rainbow) and angel fish ( how many) what elsewould I need? What kind of plants would be suitable? I would like to have some type of blue of turquoise angel fish. Please advise.

I think the angelfish would be too much with the other fish.

I agree with Delapool about the angel: a 29 is a bit small for them when they hit full size, and the crowding might bring out his aggression. Also, the tetras might be tempted by his long fins. Depends on the species.

A larger school of tetras (9-11) plus a turquoise blue dwarf gourami might be something to consider.

Edit: I forgot to ask - what kind of filter do you have on the tank?
