Anything special about yesterdays water change? Did you introduce any fish recently? More details would help.

55 Gallon- Empty
125 Gallon- CKF and Tiger Oscar
220 Gallon- To come...

No I just did a 50 percent the the water temperature was up to 86 I also see the not eating the food all week

Is it possible that the added water temperature was of 86ish and the tank water was 70ish? That shock wouldve been easily enough to wipe out the tank.

This is very sad, I'm sorry for you and the fish.

Were they already ill?
How long have you had the fish?
Did you remember to use declorinator when you did the PWC?
What were the water parameters before the PWC?

Sadly, there are a huge number of things that can cause a die-off after a PWC (yes, too much of a temperature fluctuation can do it too) especially if the fish are very unhealthy to begin with.

I don't know what when wrong they all gone

Sounds like the water was to hot that you added during the water change and it caused shock. They also look like they have a disease. All the white on them

I lost the whole tank they all dead
I empty out the water and clean the tank it
out I just use hot water to wash everything
Is there any thing I need to do before I put back any fish in the tank

Read up on cycling a tank and proper stocking.

I don't understand what you are saying. Were you treating ich with heat and did a room temp 50% water change? Or do those fish like 86 degrees?

Yeah, its best not to wash everything out because now you killed any of the good bacteria you may have had. Run the tank a few days and if you do not want to do a fishless cycle, then get tetra safestart and add that as according to directions with your fish. I prefer fishless cycling, but its a long process.
