No kidding. They don't even look as good as ones I've bought from my LFS. I've heard such great things from these guys but they are not all they're cracked up to be.

Give them some time, the fact they survived all that is a true testament to the line..

They almost didn't even come today. The package missed the normal delivery hours but luckily the mail man came back later with the package. I was more worried about the heat. It's literally 110 out side. The Florida heat is ridiculous and the package had no cooling pack just the fish bags and newspaper.

Glad that the rams survived. It might take them a while to pretty up, they look quite stressed out. If I were you, I'd never buy from there again and I would be complaining and giving a bad review.

Probably not. If they were decent, they'd replace your fish and send them on time.

Something else to take into consideration on both ends.. A - never rush things like this or leave yourself such a narrow window, B- never order livestock in or around a holiday. . Not casting blame in any direction, again, just something to consider. .
