I recently acquired a complete 125 gallon saltwater setup. It came with:
-Two hard plumbed wet/dry filters
-AquaC Urchin Protein Skimmer
-100 lbs. of Live Rock
-Aqueon Pro 300 Heater
-Hydor Koralia 850 (Going to add 2 more)
-2" Live Sand Bed
-6" Blue Tang
-5" Big Eyed Black Bar Soldierfish
-15-20 Hermit Crabs
-10-15 Nassarius Snails

This is what I would like to eventually add:
-Yellow Tang
-Pakistan Butterflyfish
-Dwarf Zebra Lionfish
-Longnose Hawkfish
-Zebra Moray Eel
-A couple Feather Dusters
-And possibly some cleaner shrimp

So I ultimately have two questions:
-Is an RO/DI unit absolutely necessary for a FOWLR, or will Seachem Prime be sufficient?
-Is my stock list too much and if so, what should I remove?

Thanks,
Ryan

Wouldn't say stock is too much but your shrimp won't last long with the dwarf lion and eel. Also I would defo use rodi water will save problems down the line

Thanks woody390. I will definitely invest in an RO/DI system. The cleaner shrimp are just something I've thought were cool, but I would hate to spend $15 on something that would just get eaten.

The zebra will also eat crabs too especially emerald and will try hermits and snails if there small enough.

Thanks for the heads up, most of the hermits are pretty large and I have only seen the snails come out of the sand once or twice.
