If I have a 125 gallon saltwater tank how many gallons of water should I be swapping out when doing a water change? Ive been doing like 10 gallons every 2 weeks. All my parameters are all good.

What kind of and how many fish do you have? It depends on the bioload...for example a 125 with 2 triggers and an eel is gonna have a higher load than a 125 with 2 tangs an a clown.

Also what kind of filter are you running?? Skimmer??

Ive got 1 yellow tang,1 coral beauty,1Volitan,4 Damsels and 3 Clowns.Ive got an Aquaclear 110, A protein skimmer, alot Of live rock I bought at The LFS and live rock with alot of moss growing on it I got from the seashore..

Ok...aside from the Volitan, everything else is pretty easy on the bioload. 10-12 gal should be ok.

If your parameters are in check, it sounds like all is well...
