And my rock came into today! Very pleased with the pieces I got.
What do you guys think of the aquascape? I was either going to do it this way or make an "island" in the middle.
Hopefully it has a good enough balance between the hiding places and swim space. The water's still a bit cloudy though.

Well we have some new additions.
Several new snails and hermit crabs, a chocolate chip star, a banded coral shrimp, and today we got a maroon clown and a horseshoe crab.
I'll update with some pictures tomorrow.

Oh gosh! I'm quite sorry I haven't updated this thread lately, I've been having some health problems..
Here are some recent(ish) pictures of the tank. They're of the horseshoe crab during a diatom bloom, so everything is quite brown. :b I got the levels balanced and now we have some nice green and purple starting to show.
The horseshoe crab is cool, but a pain to take care of. I told my mom not to get one, but she doesn't listen to me haha.
More pictures soon, hopefully some of the fish!

Very cool! What do you feed the crab?

Mostly shellfish; scallops and clams and things.
It's so stupid though. I pretty much have to pick him up and put him on the food before he'll eat. And he also has a habit of swimming into the overflow box.
He is pretty entertaining though haha
