Thought you said it was a spare tank you had? I'd have gone bigger if you were buying it

Getting it for free from a relative so basically a spare. Getting another 20 and a 10 with it aswell. And when you said it will eat crabs does that mean hermits too?

What are the dimensions of the tank? IMO I wouldn't put a fuzzy in anything smaller than a 40B maybe a 30B.

A 20 long is 12" wide, 12" tall, and 30" long. I agree with you. I'm looking at my 20 long right now and thinking 'no way would I put a dwarf fuzzy lion fish in here!! You also need to think about how much space enough rock is going to take up, especially since you aren't running a skimmer. At best he's gunna have just enough room to sit there and not really be able move.

You could pull it off, but really you should get an adequate sized tank.

Ive heard max size for these guys is 6.7 inches, most peoples only grow to 4-5 inches in larger tanks. Have any of you had any experience with them? I can try and get a bigger tank for him in a year or so but im getting a FREE 20 long and my mom wont let me get a bigger tank than this ATM.
